Which is the graph of g(x) = ⌈x + 3⌉? I looked at the graph of this least integer function g(x) = ⌈x + 3⌉. It is attached.

Directrix (directrix):

Now, we have to think about the options. Note that the "holes" on the function do not show up on the graph. We will have to work out where they go. Any ideas which graph it may be? Notice that g(x) = ⌈x + 3⌉ is the same as g(x) = ⌈x⌉ +3. I think it correct to say that if we know how f(x) = ⌈x⌉ looks, then we can move it upward 3 units and find the correct graph among the options.

@eliesaab What are you thinking about this problem?

OpenStudy (eliesaab):

When I saw you involved, I stopped looking at it

Directrix (directrix):

Sorry @eliesaab I thought this is your problem. I should have tagged @irelandrobledo Now that you are here, go ahead and offer help.
