So, I know that K is the kinetic energy, and U is the potential energy, but what is the \[E = K + U_g + U_{el} \] ?

Ug is grav pot energy. Uel is ELASTIC potential energy = a spring, say.

Yeah, I got those, but what is E? is it mechanical energy?

I think that E is the TOTAL energy of the "system" - adding the elastic energy stored to the grav pot energy to the kinetic energy as the thing is going "boyoyoyong".
