OpenStudy (emac):

Find the derivative! f(x)=−7x^4√x+−7/(x^3√x)

OpenStudy (steve816):

Yay fun! I like how you put an exclamation point!

OpenStudy (steve816):

It looks like your problem is just a combination of the power rule and quotient rule with sum/difference rule.

OpenStudy (steve816):

Do you know how to do those?

OpenStudy (emac):

I know the power rule well but I'm getting stuck after I change it to -28x^3(1/2sqrtx)+-7x^-3(1/2sqrtx)

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

f(x)=−7x^4√x+−7/(x^3√x) \(f(x) = -7x^{4.5}-7x^{-3.5}\)

OpenStudy (emac):

thank you!! @tkhunny
