My smart score on my profile says that I helped 22 people under teamwork, but I helped a lot more than 22 people. Is there something wrong with the system?

Also it says that I have 30 medals for answers when I actually have 50 medals for answers and I rarely get medals for asking questions. I get a lot of medals, but the medal count never seems to change!

For the first question, that probably means when you helped the person and they gave you a medal or something.

In your profile, click on http://openstudy.com/users/sushi121212#/smarts and look at the Most Active Subjects section. I counted a total of 53 medals. It looks as if you have helped 89 people according to this: Questions Answered: 89 The Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Engagement categories are quasi-aggregates of the statistics in the "Active Subjects," I think. @Preetha said she would explain the algorithm for the SmartScore calculation to us at some point but left OS before that happened. @Sushi121212
