@mathmate @mathmale ?

OpenStudy (triciaal):

transerve with parallel lines 64 + x = 110

OpenStudy (triciaal):

***transverse

OpenStudy (triciaal):

Alternate QRP = 180-110 = 70 BPR = QRP = 70 AB = 180 = 64 + x + 70 so x = 180 - 134 = 46

Directrix (directrix):

I helped with this problem when it was posted a short time ago. http://openstudy.com/users/milo123#/updates/580eb13de4b06a18dc46b075

OpenStudy (mathmale):

You assumed that angle BPR is 64 degrees. What justification do you have for doing that? What about the 110 degree angle? If BPR and 110 are supplementary angles, what would the measure of BPR be?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

milo: I checked and see that you and Directrix worked together on this problem about 20 minutes ago. Did you just close the post and re-open it? If so, did it occur to you that that would be unfair to Directrix?

OpenStudy (milo123):

i was trying to understand and then when i replied he wasn't there anymore. sorry if you thought i was being rude i just thought that it would be easier for him to find if it was opened new

OpenStudy (mathmate):

@milo123 If @Directrix helped you in the other post, and you added something there while he wasn't online, then he will see a notification when he comes back.
