Every magazine,
	song,
	sport.
Glamor up, glamor down,
      brighter lights
Till we un-dignify the old town.


Every headline,
	style,
	dress.
Appearances disappear real appearances,
       covered drama
Jade the breaking news with these interferences.


Every story,
        mansion,
         money.
Perfect ain't to damn perfect friend.
     Emptiness everyday
And so they stay that very way
	till the end.

:) Enlightenment is very important to me, and I see reading other's poems as a way to get an insight into the mind of another person (which is one territory where I find myself extremely uncomfortable).
