OpenStudy (3mar):
Oh are you using a software to solve such problems?

OpenStudy (princeevee):
yes, i got C
OpenStudy (princeevee):
i mean D
OpenStudy (3mar):
Are you aware of the question?
It needs the slope of the line normal to CD, not the slope of CD?!?!?!
Got it?
OpenStudy (princeevee):
?
OpenStudy (princeevee):
ooooh so its B?

OpenStudy (princeevee):
i mean A
OpenStudy (3mar):
\[m_1*m_{CD}=-1\]
\[m_1*-\frac{ 5 }{ 11 }=-1\]
So that our slope is
\[m_1=-1*-\frac{ 11 }{ 5 }=\frac{ 11 }{ 5 }\]
So it is ...?...
OpenStudy (princeevee):
A
OpenStudy (princeevee):
OpenStudy (3mar):
You have chosen C then D and the B and finally A

i guess its neither
OpenStudy (3mar):
Yes.
but you know why?
OpenStudy (princeevee):
not really.....
OpenStudy (princeevee):
can we just finish the last one if you are in a hurry?
OpenStudy (3mar):
https://www.desmos.com/calculator/5ehyspc9a2
1st: They have not the same slope, so they are not parallel.
2nd: Their slopes don't satisfy this relation to be perpendicular \[m_1*m_2=-1\]
where \[m_1*m_2=4*-4=-16\]
so they are not normal to each other.
so it would be neither ... nor ...
Hope that helps
