Craig wants to use an elevator to carry identical packages having the same weight. Each package weighs 4 pounds and Craig weighs 90 pounds. If the elevator can carry a maximum of 330 pounds at a time, which inequality shows the maximum number of packages, n, that Craig can carry with himself in the elevator if he is the only passenger? n ≥ 60 n ≤ 60 n ≤ 236 n ≥ 236

Please help.

OpenStudy (samantha2234):

I'm trying

OpenStudy (schoolgeek15):

Ok thank you

OpenStudy (samantha2234):

Can you screenshot the question for me?

OpenStudy (schoolgeek15):

I can try I am on a computer

OpenStudy (sf_r):

n ≤ 60

OpenStudy (sf_r):

That'll be your answer I believe.

OpenStudy (samantha2234):

use snipping tool

OpenStudy (schoolgeek15):

ok

OpenStudy (schoolgeek15):

don't think I can screen shot :/

OpenStudy (samantha2234):

Yeah it is n<60 because if the max weight you can have is 330 then you subtract Craig's weight and get 240 lbs. Once you have that each package weighs four pounds each. Divide four pounds into 240 to get 60

OpenStudy (schoolgeek15):

Ok thank you!
