`PX is congruent to PY` does not go with the statement all right angles are congruent due to the fact it only names a side. The right angles made in the bisector is BXP and BYP so in place of that put BXP is congruent to BYP for Staetment4.

Reason7 speaks of `corresponding parts` most likely dealing with sides. In place of `Statment7` should be `PX is congruent to PY` due to the fact we have proven everything and see that since they apply to the triangles then they are too congruent.
