If it's proofreading, something I see straight off the back is that you need a line in between your paragraphs.

Essentially, it is a sentence in which you start off your paragraph, by introducing the topic of the body paragraph, that you will be talking about. Try to implement those for each of your body paragraphs.

Say one of the arguments of your thesis is that cars are contributing to oceans decreasing health.

Topic Sentence: The wide use of cars world wide has caused an abundance of carbon dioxide being released into our environments, and thus poisoning our oceans and increase their acidic levels.

Then you could continue to go on into how this affects fish, other organisms, people and their diets(loss of fish), etc
