The first step simply shifts the triangle up by one unit, since the x stays the same. (no change in size; still congruent) The second step reflects it about the Y axis by making every y value, the same, but negative (no change in size, therefore still congruent)
So do I have to do any equations?
You don't need to. I was going to draw something but it looked horrible :P Can be drawn on a cartesian plane.
