Ummm , just think of something small that you did. Have you ever helped someone or something? If so, then say your conflict was that you saw someone in trouble and that you could either step in and help them or ignore them because its not your responsibility to help them. Your choice was to help them and it changed you by thinking that everyone needs a helping hand sometimes. Just think of a random situation and base it off of that :)
