OpenStudy (otherworldly):

the plot is " a time when jews were not accepted" and the theme is " you can never go back so live ur life" or " lying can get you killed" <<<< these are small themes but they are still themes so they count. I did not to this story, i did Incidents in the life of a slave girl btw novels/stories can have more than one theme

OpenStudy (cayla):

@OtherWorldly okay does this make sense: I put the theme is about boundaries. Whether it be a physical boundary such as a fence or a figurative boundary such as being a Jew, we are all people and should be treated as equals or something like that.

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

you have a few grammar mistakes and well what you put doesnt make much sense :(

OpenStudy (cayla):

@OtherWorldly I think that the overall message is about the boundaries that we all live with. In this story, whether the boundary was a physical big wire fence, or the figurative boundary of being a Jew, we are all people the same and should be treated equal. Is this better?

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

yes i want to help yo better phrase it so .. "I think that the overall message is about the boundaries that we all live with. In this story, whether the boundary is a big wire fence, or of being a Jew, we are all people, the same and should be treated equally." i just want to suggest you do it like this but if you want to keep it like yours it is fine :)good luck and good job *thumbs up*
