Use your Quadratic Formula :)\[\large\rm s=\frac{-b\pm\sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}\]We can write the factors easily after we find the solutions. Seems a little difficult to break it into complex factors right from the start though. I'm not sure what the trick would be to do it that way.
