And the beginnings of "mass debate" so that everyone could bicker at everyone else, and in the case of the House of Commons (UK) do so without being subject to libel or slander allegations using a thing called MP's IMMUNITY (MP = member of parliament). So, within the constraints of "posh "MP SPEAK" they can say what they like about someone, and not get sued. Mr Trump would like that, methinks. For himself, NOT for his "critics", should I call them. Oh how we love a good bicker at each other. I smile, with sadness, don't know why exactly.
