qustion?

OpenStudy (leenathan):

oh

OpenStudy (narissa):

^lol

OpenStudy (leenathan):

i would say that you are correct

OpenStudy (mhchen):

I would say you are NOT correct

DivineSolar (divinesolar):

I mean the ASA (Angle-Side-Angle) postulate states that if two angles and the included side of one triangle are congruent to two angles and the included side of another triangle, then the triangles are congruent. So not correct.

OpenStudy (mhchen):

You are given 2 congruent sides, The middle side is the same for both triangles. So that's why I said it's SSS

DivineSolar (divinesolar):

Side Side Side postulate states that if three sides of one triangle are congruent to three sides of another triangle, then these two triangles are congruent. Which means SSS as mhchen said properly fits this question.

OpenStudy (narissa):

I have a hard time with triangle congruence. I know that if its not the choice that I choose then is (SSS) I just have a hard time telling the difference everything looks like (ASA) to me.

DivineSolar (divinesolar):

Well all you need to remember is the definitions of them and apply it to the figure.

DivineSolar (divinesolar):

See which one fits appropriately.

OpenStudy (narissa):

Okay thank you!

DivineSolar (divinesolar):

Sure thing.
