Hey I asked something similar before but considering @a_burning_masquerade cannot be reinstated even though he never did anything can he be allowed to make a new account and just start off on a trial basis if everyone is so worried about him.

I'm not on this site a lot anymore anyways and it was my fault that David got banned and he did nothing wrong. So if you want persuasion then how about you ban me to allow him to make a new account and come back to this site on a trial basis. He has never done anything to harm anyone on this site. Please allow this to happen.

I'm not sure if they reinstate him, and I don't know their story. But maybe try asking @5ever he might know something about this.

They told they would try to reinstate him on a trial basis but couldn't cor some reason.

Last time someone tried doing that on David's behalf they banned that account. That was after David just asked why was he suspended for 4 weeks when he wasn't even on for multiple days leading to the suspension. 3 different people got suspended/banned because all they tried to do was contact someone on his behalf and they keep on getting banned every time his name and account gets brought up. Everything that happened this past summer, all the suspensions was me and not him. I was using his account because mine was usually suspended at the time. So out of any of the accounts that were banned it should be mine. David (@A_Burning_Masquerade) has abided by the website rules until I used his account. I'm not staying with him anymore. I'm about to move across the state so no need to worry about anyone using anyone's account if you reinstate him. Just please reinstate him and ban me.

Also I want to be promised and proof that if I contact either one of those emails that my account will not get banned.

I can't promise you anything, but I would still advise you to email one of those emails to explain that you were the one causing trouble using david's account and all that, to sort some agreement out ^_^
trying to contact them on site would be evading suspension, so emailing might be the best idea :) I'm pretty sure they do actually check the email nowadays too xD
