What was Kepler's hypothesis, data, and conclusion?

jabez177 (jabez177):

Haha, already tried that. I clicked the second link but I'm finding it a bit hard to find the 3 steps... May you just probably provide me with the link to the right website? :p

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

OpenStudy (mathmath333):

try this http://www.keplersdiscovery.com/Hypotheses.html

OpenStudy (osprey):

Enclosed may help. pptx. Let me know if it does ...You've actually asked a vast question (astronomically so) http://perendis.webs.com

OpenStudy (audiocraft):

Essentialy that the orbits of the planets were not circular but in fact eliptical

OpenStudy (osprey):

@audiocraft And then found to PERHAPS not even be elliptical, if an ellipse doesn't "rotate". Is a "PRECESSING ELLIPSE" still an ellipse ???? The precession of Hg around the sun seems to have become one test of the validity of G relativity ... (much to my headache) Spare a thought for the astronomers' patience, ability to be awake on "astro demand", and maybe lack of friends/social life ... http://perendis.webs.com

jabez177 (jabez177):

@sweetburger

OpenStudy (sweetburger):
