I do not think it is A or C ... and you already dont believe that it is not B.. So that only leaves one answer... you can figure that part out ... B is not the answer because it makes no sense and C could be it but thats not what gave them the expansion... and A was a type of expansion but it had really nothing to do with culture. So D would be your best bet.... Hopefully this helped you out :) @MellamoKatie
