For them to be congruent, they need to be the same size. If you multiply each x and y by 3, will it still be the same size? For the second, plot both triangles first.

1. I though isnt congruent because x,y -->3x,3y is a dilation. 2.Reflection across x axis was applied first (-1,1) --> (-1,-1) then the y value moved to -4 That means a translation of 3 units down thats how i got c
