maybe try a natural log to move the exponent...e^ln(x) = x \[\large \lim_{x \rightarrow \infty} [e ^{\ln(\cos(2/x)^{x^2}}]\] \[\large \lim_{x \rightarrow \infty} [e ^{x^2*\ln(\cos(2/x)}]\]
