C and D are what I'd go for. One point perspective suggests VANISHING POINT and drawing straight lines which all converge to the ONE POINT VANISHING and then fitting the nearer figures in as being larger then the more distant ones is i think the point of implying perspective in a two dimensional painting/masterpiece. everything that's meant to be going in to the painting seems to be drawn to converge on the arch at the back. I'm looking at the tiles on the floor. painting reminds me of "The Last Supper". "The Story of Art", EH Gombrich, Phaidon Press is a book I like a lot.
