The water can be measured as a mass or as a volume. It is more common to measure it as a volume. The rate then will be mass per time or volume per time. Identify which rates have units of volume per time or mass per time.

Oh, I see. All units are volume per time. All units are correct for a volume rate. The question is which units are practical.
