So in total the amount of money we're spending at the mall is 12 + 4.50A This is 12 for the game, and 4.50 times the number of add-ons we purchase. And we're told this total amount must be `at most` (which is the same as `less than or equal to`) 23 dollars. \(\rm 12+4.50A\le23\)
