Doing Differential Equations class without Calc III background?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

Right now I am a college student (from the US) on a 6-month exchange program (in the UK). At my home university, I took Calculus I and Calculus II (the last thing I remember learning was introductory linear algebra: basic vector operations, eigenvectors/eigenvalues, etc.) I do not have any Calc III background. At my exchange university, I am currently enrolled in a differential equations class. My background in diff eq's is not strong and I am struggling a bit.

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

Is it realistic to try and take diff eq's or should I take something else during my exchange program? (calc III is not offered)
