Alright so this deals with percents. So you know two things. A. The wood frame cost $115,000. B. the insurance covers 70% of the costs, or 0.7. With this information you can solve the question. You would have to do: \[115,000 \times 0.7 = 80,500\] And there is your answer! Insurance will cover $80,500 of the $115,000 wood frame.
