Highest value in the data subtract the lowest value in the data.
subtracting the big number from the data set from the smallest number from the data set
What's the highest number you see, and what's the lowest number you see?
I think it's B. but wasn't quite sure

28 - 2 = 26 which leads to B. being the answer
(28)-(2) = 26, correct.
