Not sure, if you round to a certain decimal, or if you keep the decimal exact as it is for this, since the question did not state it.
i'd assume i would have to round it
If you did, you would do 11 for whole number, 10.9 for tenths, 10.94 for hundredths, 10.938 for thousandth, and 10.9375 for exact.
