Breathe in. Breathe out. Take a moment. Remember where you are and what you're doing. Don't think of it as a test. Focus on one problem at a time.

Breathe, close your eyes for a couple seconds, pray(if you follow religions and such), and kind of try to let go of the anxiety. It is hard, but I usually just try to focus on breathing
