Bro I have my account sohail iftikhar and I got more than 300 madels and Now I tried to open my account after a long time and they are saying that they don't know that account .

Openstudy had a mass account deletion for the accounts that were not active for a long time. Yours must have been one of them. There is no way to get your account/medals/smartscore back. You have to make a new account and start over.
