Is there anything you can suggest. Honesty I don't know where to start, and I feel so dumb. Please help. I also have to start studying for the SAT. I feel like I can't make it through all of this. How can I be prepared for the SAT in less than a month. I feel doomed

'fraid that you'll probably learn at the speed it happens. I have a similar problem, or several, with algebra and physics and a few other things at the moment. How do you KNOW that you have a bad vocabulary ? After all, you've just written the word itself down correctly. If you try to thrash stuff into your head .... well ... hmmmm. Maybe have a chat with someone who knows what they're talking about, and set yourself a realistic challenge of what you reckon you can do in the month. The more stressed I get, the LESS efficient I become. Brain goes blank, brain dead etc. for your test there MAY be a vocab list somewhere ? good on you and wish the best

I'm trying to learn some French and some Italian. One way I'm trying is to find some pen friends who speak these languages. Another thing that may be worth trying is to start READING, preferably from books or maybe news papers and see how much of what you are reading makes sense to you. Maybe discussing what you're reading with someone would give you practice in interpretation, and thus help memory through confidence.
