What is the total area of a prism with 6' 4' 8'
Hey there! Are you looking for surface area or volume?
Volume @steve816
steve816 is the genius here. He will help you!
Thank you @3mar :D
Don't forget to give him a medal or two if you can as he got sad if he did not have any!
Alright, sure thing!
"Volume = base x height" By the way, he asked about the total surface area!!!!!!!!!
Volume = length x width x height. Therefore, it would be \[6*4*8\]
He said volume, look at a few posts up.
""""""""""""""What is the total area of a prism with 6' 4' 8'""""""""""""
No, look at the posts below the question.
I messed up @3mar
So just multiply 8 4 and 6? @steve816
me or him? @Jamesreed30, choose in order not to be confused!
Whichever one can help lol I guess you @3mar
Thanks. Sorry for late. For the volume of any prism = area of the base × height of the prism For the lateral area of a prism = perimeter of the base × height of the prism For the total area of a prism = lateral area + [ 2 × base area] * we assume the prism is a regular right prism.
Thank you for the medal!
I hope I helped you.
Sorry I was busy @3mar so what is the answer?
So it's either 8,12 or 16
Not at all! Now you talk about the area of the volume?
He was talking about the volume the entire time 3mar... you understand?
So was I right either 8,12 or 16 one of those would be the answers @steve816
