I'd go for D on this one. All the SHAPES are different, and there's no colour/staining that I can see. So, yes it's a microscope technique, but it looks more like shape differences than colour differences.
(the fact that this is total guesswork and question interpretation is probably quite funny, but MAY be accurate)
