I'd go for D on this one. All the SHAPES are different, and there's no colour/staining that I can see. So, yes it's a microscope technique, but it looks more like shape differences than colour differences. (the fact that this is total guesswork and question interpretation is probably quite funny, but MAY be accurate) http://perendis.webs.com
