Not Multiple choice Air pressure may be represented as a function of height above the surface of earth as shown below. p(h) = Poe^ -.00012h 1: In this function, P0 is air pressure at sea level, and h is measured in meters. Which of the following equations will find the height at which air pressure is 50% of the air pressure at sea level?

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

WHAT IS THAT SMALL O IN BETWEEN P AND E

OpenStudy (elise_a18):

the principal air pressure att sea level

OpenStudy (elise_a18):

i figured it out lol

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

you don't have to do anything first plug in 0 first in place of h, that will be pressure at sea level. Than u just half it and equate with the equation on right. It will give u the height.

@Elise_a18

OpenStudy (elise_a18):

ok thanks!

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

:)
