Thanks. The idea is to plug in the value of x in the function, i.e replace x with its value \[\large f(x)=[\frac{ 1 }{ 4 }]^x\] \[f(3)=[\frac{ 1 }{ 4 }]^3=[\frac{ 1 }{ 4^3 }]=\frac{ 1 }{ 64 }\]
