A black and white photo shows a group of nine men and women dressed in business attire. They are holding signs as they walk in front of the entrance to a city building. The signs are difficult to read. However, the words Stop and Nazi are visible on one sign. Passersby appear to be ignoring the protestors.

WOWWWWWWW ! That is SOME VERY BIG QUESTION. The lack of any photos, and the historical significance of the subject make guessing out of the question (rare for me, but this is out of respect for the victims of the holocaust).
