OpenStudy (daolmos):

How do I determine Vo as a fraction of Vmax when the substrate is equal to 10Km or 20Km? The answer is supposed to be: A+S= 10Km Vo=0.91Vmax I+S=20Km Vo=0.91Vmax I'm guessing at some point I will use the Michaelis Menten Equation but I currently have to unknown variables so I will have to use the Km to find either Vmax or Vo. I'm so confused. Help!
