Native Americans have never stopped fighting for their civil rights, access to their land, and respect. Some have called for payment for lands stolen. Some have fought for increased funding for schools, healthcare, and other services. Others have called for autonomy. What does the United States owe Native Americans for the wrongs done to them in past centuries? Propose a government policy toward Native Americans that attempts to right past wrongs. What would be the pieces of this policy? What wrongs would it address?
U.S. owns them basically everything. The wrong did to them can not be undone. But now, maybe, return their lands to them, and not keep them segregated in camps, give them more rights concerning their religion practices, their culture, and basically just human rights, and stop considering them "second class citizens", because their value is immense.
