I am not 100% sure but, I am thinking A since the products of one process are the reactants of the other.

The correct answer is A, although this answer may be false in the short-term, it is correct when thinking about the long term. If only humans lived on the earth, we would run out of oxygen to breath because there would not be any plants to replace all that CO2 with oxygen.
