Well, a structure of an atom consists of the nucleus and electrons. The nucleus contains protons and neutrons. Protons have a positive charge and neutrons are neutral. Electrons float on around the nucleus in a circular motion, kind of like the rings of Saturn. Electrons are negatively charged.
