Help??

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Okay, so you have to find Y first. So in that small triangle, you have 48+90. Then you subtract from 180 to get the angle for Y, which is 42

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Sorry, disregard that last part. You can look at the 48 degree angle, and subtract that from 180, that will get you the remaining angle degrees for the 2 x's. so then take 132 and divide by 2, which gets you 66-degrees. then you take 66+90= 156.

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Know that 90+66=156, then all you have to do is subtract that from 180 to get the angle of z

OpenStudy (rz172):

So 180 - 156?

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Yes

OpenStudy (rz172):

24?

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

yep

OpenStudy (rz172):

z= 24?

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

yep
