h_1=d/dx and h_2=(d^2)/dx^2 where h_1 and h_2 are linear naps from P_3 to P_3.

Is h_1 invertible?
My guess is no. I don't know why though.

Ponder the Null Space. If it maps something to the Null Space, can you get it back?

I don't think it has a nullspace. Setting p(o) will get you a constant instead of the o vector
