So this is my thesis statement for my research paper. Can I have some links do credible sources for this paper? Also I need good credible sources for training for police officers based on this issue.
THESIS: In order to secure the rights of all people and end the unfair profiling of middle Eastern people by law enforcement, mandatory training must be required for all police officers.

Have you tried searching google scholar? It's actually a pretty good source to find credible articles and research papers for what you need.

Or, you may want to consider using the library of your own learning institution, which usually have access to scholarly articles. If that does work, try public libraries. The librarians are usually very helpful.
Many academic articles found online require a subscription or a one-time fee to access, which is disappointing. Most brick and mortar libraries subscribe to these organization so the articles will be readily available to you.
