OpenStudy (momma):

Number the steps for converting nuclear energy into electrical energy in the correct order in the blank provided

OpenStudy (sooobored):

step 1. nuclear energy/ fission step 2. ? step 3. electrical energy/ profit

OpenStudy (sooobored):

depends on how specific you want to be generally we use fission in order to produce heat in which we run through turbines to produce electricity

OpenStudy (momma):

I meant I had to put it in order A. kinetic energy turns the turbine B. nuclear energy converted into thermal energy C. kinetic energy produces electricity D. thermal energy boils water E. kinetic energy turned generator

OpenStudy (sooobored):

nuclear energy is absorbed by water the nuclear energy is converted into thermal energy which then heats up the water- temperature can be considered mean kinetic energy the water boils and the steam/pressure is used to drive a mechanical turbine then the motion of the turbine creates electricity

OpenStudy (sooobored):

i would guess B D A E C A and E are the same...
