Fat is not bad for you, but like everything it must be consumed with diligence as to how much you are consuming, and what kinds of fat you are taking more of in. Unsaturated fats actually have beneficial results like reducing risk of cardiovascular disease. On the other hand however there are also saturated fats and trans fats which can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, if not consumed cautiously and in conservative quantities. But when it comes to the programs people follow to make keeping their bodies well-fed, healthier, and more manageable, a diet that completely throws out fats may have more consequences that one that is high in fat. Low fat diets typically has the effect on the body of lowering High Density Lipoproteins or HDL’s which is actually the “good” cholesterol that your body needs, another effect low fat diets have on the body is raising your triglycerides which are generated as a sign from the liver that it is turning excess carbohydrates into fat that the body needs but is not getting. So when it comes to fat and how you should incorporate it into the body’s consumption, just like all things in life, a balance is needed and you must be watchful and active in how you manage the body that you’re in charge of.

There are certainly some healthy fats for you and some bad ones. Trans fat and saturated fat is bad for you, and polyunsaturated fat is good for you. Low fat diet isn't always the best diet. This should be a pretty easy essay to write. Good luck.

Only my Reading Plus cause I go to bed everyday at 2-3AM and I have to wake up at 4:30 to go to school so I get a total of 1-2 hours of sleep each day @RhondaSommer @dinorap1
