Fat is everywhere. There are different types of fats, such as unsaturated fats, saturated fats, trans-fat, and more. Fat is an important essential to your diet as protein and carbohydrates are giving you fuel for your body. Some fats are much better for people than others. Polyunsaturated fats can help you reduce bad cholesterol levels in your blood which can lower your risk of heart disease and stroke. By replacing foods that are high in saturated fat with healthier options can lower blood cholesterol levels. Some fats can raise our cholesterol and can increase our risk for heart disease while others lower cholesterol and reduce our risk of heart disease. There are some good fats which are found in avocados, nuts, peanut butter, fish, and olives. Bad fats are found in cookies, cakes, muffins, chips, candy, fries, chicken, and breads. Researchers say that old data will surely add fuel to the fat in our diets. They also reanalyzed the data that was gathered 45 years ago for a study on what happens to people’s blood cholesterol. Low fat diets typically has the effect on the body of lowering High Density Lipoproteins or HDL’s, which is actually the “good” cholesterol that your body needs. Another effect that low fat diets have on the body is raising your triglycerides, which are generated as a sign from the liver that it is turning excess carbohydrates into fat that the body needs but is not getting. People who are on low fat diets need to avoid certain foods. People who want to start to lose weight they should have at least a total low fat count of 3g of fat or less per 100g. Most recipes can be made low-fat by replacing certain ingredients or by reducing the quantity of fat used.

This is the essay you wrote right? Well it's pretty good. I would revise a few things though. *Replace the phrase "good fats" with "healthy fats" and "bad fats" with "unhealthy fats" *The last 2 sentences in the first paragraph don't really fit with the rest of the paragraph, I would remove them The last paragraph is pretty solid, the only thing I would change about that is to try to reword the question your teacher asked, "Are low-fat diets the best?" In the introduction and closing sentence. Same with the first paragraph. (reword the question into the introduction/closing sentence)

Btw you should ask this in Health Sciences next time...

Fat is everywhere. There are (various) types of fats, such as unsaturated fats, saturated fats, trans-fats, and more (which can be found in different kinds of food). Fat is an important essential to your diet as protein and carbohydrates (are necessary to) fuel for your body. Some fats are much (healthier) than others. Polyunsaturated fats(, for example,) can help you reduce bad cholesterol levels in your blood which can lower your risk of heart disease and stroke. By replacing foods that are high in saturated fat with healthier options(, you) can lower blood cholesterol levels. Some fats can raise our cholesterol and can increase our risk for heart disease while others lower cholesterol and reduce our risk of heart disease. There are some (healthy) fats which are found in avocados, nuts, peanut butter, fish, and olives. (Unhealthy) fats are found in cookies, cakes, muffins, chips, candy, fries, chicken, and breads. Researchers say that old data will surely add fuel to the fat in our diets. They also reanalyzed the data that was gathered 45 years ago for a study on what happens to people’s blood cholesterol. That's my revision. The words in parentheses are where you can see I changed some things. I need to get back to my own homework so I hope this helped.
