When you think of Egypt, what do you think? ( there is no wrong answer I just want your point of view) I give medals!!!!

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

When i think of Egypt, I think about the cities there but also where the pyramids are. I think about the people, the religion, the camels and donkeys ESPECIALLY THE DELICIOUS FOOD!! I think about how lively it is there and that everyone is connected in someway and help each other out no matter what. Here in the USA in the neighborhood not everyone knows everyone and people dont help people out even if they dont know them. I consider Egypt the opposite of egypt. BTW i know all of this because i have been to egypt multiple times in my childhood and am planning to visit in the summer

Thanks for giving me your point of view!

OpenStudy (floridq):

can you answer another question of mine? @otherworldly

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

np :) sure, go ahead, post, and tag

OpenStudy (floridq):

What do you think are the 5 most important things in ancient Egypt we used today?

OpenStudy (floridq):

@otherworldly

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

hmm im not sure about this but i think the art/design of the buildings and drwings they made affected the designs throughout the years. They did not draw any important figures in their mosques like the churches do long ago and still today. It has decreased since Egypt did the beautiful mosque designs without any figures, just patterns

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

btw that is the modern mosques i like the more simple mosques but this is just an example of how the mosques look like unlike churches that have firgures in them

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

i got this from online, this is fact number two : "The Ancient Egyptians invented lots of things we still use today, such as paper, pens, locks and keys and - believe it or not - toothpaste! "

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

since i dont know much about ancient Egypt in detail, i think this website would really help you out with this question: http://www.historyforkids.net/ancient-egypt.html

OpenStudy (floridq):

Thank you so much for everything and really going into detail. You helped a lot!

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

np, glad I helped :)
