The answer choices are too small for us to see, but you can still solve it: \[f(\frac{2}{3}x)\] is a HORIZONTAL Dilation of 2/3, and since 2/3 is less than 1, it shrinks. (Contracts horizontally) Basically, you would multiply the entire equation by 2/3 \[\frac{2}{3}(x^2-1)\] This would be your new function.
