OpenStudy (will.h):

and what is the question here!

OpenStudy (madison5s):

3x^5 + 4x^4 + 2x^2-1 ------------------------ x+2 and the question is Divide using synthetic division, and write a summary statement in fraction form.

@Will.H

OpenStudy (will.h):

oh Synthetic division is quite simple you have to change the quantity term sign to the opposite and so we have Get the terms in row as shown below. -2| 3 4 0 2 0 -1 ===(-6)=4=(-8)=12==(-24)======== 3 -2 4 -6 12 -25 therefor the answer is 3x^4 - 2x^3 + 4x^2 -6x + 12 + (-25)/x+2

OpenStudy (will.h):

if my explanation is not clear which am sure is not then check this website i've already set the data for you http://www.emathhelp.net/calculators/algebra-1/synthetic-division-calculator/?numer=3x%5E5%2B4x%5E4%2B2x%5E2-1&denom=x%2B2&steps=on

OpenStudy (madison5s):

THANK YOU!!!!! I love how you explain everything so I get it when I take the final test in 2 days. @Will.H

OpenStudy (will.h):
