Homozygous means that the allele is the same
so if the alleles are dominant (A and B, in this case), then they are homozygous dominant
If the alleles are recessive (O, in this case), then they are homozygous recessive

So for the B allele...in order for it to be homozygous, both alleles have to both be B.
